After a short period of raceless weekends, it's time to look forward. This weekend: World Cup Four Cross 5, in Val di Sole, Italy. But first a bit of history...

Val di Sole hosted the 2008 MTB & Trails World Championships and that was a great succes. Now the venue is back, with improved, technical tracks that will give the riders a hard time. Hopefully.

Joost will not have great memories of the 2008 Worlds. Qualifing went ok, 5th place, but the event ended in a brutal way, Joost being t-boned in a turn. A dissapointing 13th place. If you want to read back the complete story, go to archive and select July 2008.
