World Cup Four Cross 3 in Fort William: 2nd in qualification

Another good qualifying result in Fort William. Last year Wichman was the fastest on the Four Cross track, this year he set the second time, 0,8 seconds behind Jared Graves. - UPDATE -

For all we know it was nice to be in Scotland today, at least according to the weather report. But the results of the qualification round are showing some strange things...

Roger Rinderknecht and Johannes Fischbach got disqualified, the results of Cedric Gracia (9), Tomas Slavik (11) and Michal Marosi (27) were a bit dissapointing, and Ropelato's name was on the starting list but apperently he isn't in Scotland at all.

- UPDATE - It even became more strange. Some time after the qualifications, the jury changed their mind regarding Rinderknecht's dsq...

There are also some nice things to tell, looking at the results. Jurg Meijer did great, setting the 7th time and it's nice to see Romain Saladini (3) back on his bike after an injury.

1. Graves

And here's a video of the practice on thursday. Maybe a vid of the qualification will follow later on.
