Joost is preparing for the following Four Cross season. He's training with the Dutch National BMX Team in France. Two weeks of heavy work...

'We have trained hard last week, but the weather here isn't as good as we hoped for. Today it rained... But still, much better than the snow in the Netherlands. Here in France we've had no problems to do everything on our trainingschedule. And  I'm exhausted!

Frank and I are not officially member of the Dutch National BMX Team, so we have to provide our own food. We made something to eat in our apartment twice. Frank is really a chef...Not! He's better in doing the dishes... haha'
